His team is on pace to sell over 800 homes this year and close $320 million. With these kinds of stats, Jeff and the Sibbach Team have been ranked by RealTrends as one of the top 60 teams in America in 2020 and 2021.
Jeff credits his success to being a house expert, as he has been into almost 20,000 homes over his career. He leverages this knowledge and understanding of buyers and sellers to reinvent real estate marketing and selling houses to get top dollar.

PHIL'S STORY
Phil Sexton is co-owner of the Sibbach Team at eXp Realty. After leaving a corporate Director of Marketing position, he joined forces with Jeff Sibbach in 2012. Since then, they have grown the Sibbach Team’s yearly sales volume by 1,700% to over $320 million in 2021.
Phil is one of the go-to emcees for the Arizona real estate industry on topics such as marketing and teams management and has presented at the Arizona REALTOR® Caucus and the Arizona Risk Management Committee. He is regularly featured as an educator at real estate conferences and seminars across the nation, and brings the room to life with his fun, engaging, and interactive style. Phil is also the co-host of The Solution, a Real Estate Podcast.
In Phil’s spare time, he enjoys family trips to Alaska and off-roading in the desert (when he’s not at soccer practice).
